产黄酮银杏内共生真菌的分离及其发酵条件的优化
Separation of flavonoid-producing endophytic fungi from Ginkgo biloba L. and optimization of fermentation conditions

Abstract
20 strains were obtained from endophytic fungi,which were separated from leaves,stems and roots of Ginkgo biloba L. with different ages and from different areas of Hefei. After fermentation and screening,five strains of them had more than 5 μg/mL flavonoid-producing capability. And then,the flavonoid-producing conditions for these strains were optimized as follows:3% glucose,0. 5% peptone,0. 4% yeast extract,0. 3% KH2 PO4 ,0. 01% MgSO4 ·7H2 O;initial pH 7. 0,optimum fermentation temperature 28 ℃,shaker speed 140 r/min,liquid volume in flask 125 mL/250 mL. Under the optimized conditions,this fungus could produce as high as 6. 4 μg/mL flavonoid after incubation for 7 days.关键词
