甘蔗混合汁亚硫酸法澄清过程中Zeta电位的研究
Research on the Zeta Potential in the Process of Flocculation Clarifying with Sulfurous Acid Method for Sugarcane Mixed Juice

Abstract
Taking cane mixed juice as the object, flocculation clarifying decoloring process of the sulfite method of cane mixed juice was simulated, and Zeta potential in the syrup flocculation process for cane mixed juice with sulfurous acid method was studied. The effects of the Zeta potential changes in the dosage of calcium hydroxide, sulfurous acid, phosphoric acid and flocculants, addition ash, sulphur fumigated neutralization, flocculation and different flocculating agent in the process of flocculation sedimentation were discussed. The result showed that, with the increase of the dosage of Calcium hydroxide, sulfurous acid, phosphoric acid and flocculants, the absolute value of Zeta potential of cane mixed juice were reduced; and when it reaches a minimum value, it began to appear a tendency of increase. In the flocculation clarifying decoloring process of the sulfite method, the absolute value of Zeta potential of cane mixed juice reduce continuously: small change in the addition ash process, rapid decrease in the sulphur fumigated neutralization process and reach to the minimum in the process of flocculant. Compared with that of anionic polyacrylamide flocculant, the reduction extent of the cationic polyacrylamide flocculant is even greater, and the flocculation is better. This study reveals preferably the nature of the sulfite flocculation clarifying process from the angle of the Zeta potential.关键词
