微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定广东蔗区甘蔗中的稀土元素
Determination of REEs in Sugarcane of Guangdong Area by ICP-MS with Microwave Digestion
摘要
Abstract
The determination method of 16 Rare Earth Elements (REEs) in 11 Sugarcane samples of Guangdong cane area by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) with Microwave Digestion was developed. In these samples, the content of89Y,139La,140Ce,146Nd are in a higher level. The other REEs content are below 0.1 mg/kg. There are some differences in different Sugarcane samples. The detection limits of the 16 REEs were less than 1 µg/kg. The relative standard deviations for the REEs ranged from 1.26% to 17.5% and the recoveries of REEs ranged from 96.3% to 106.4%.关键词
