摘要

Abstract

The production processes of sugar industry are procedural and continuous. Continuous production has been realized in most process section of sugar mills, but the batch tank is still used in the sugar boiling process. Vertical continuous crystallization technology has been successfully put into operation in Guangxi Yongxinhua Sugar Group since 2011. Continuous crystallization process has the following advantages:high utilization rate, high efficiency, low operation cost, obvious energy saving effect, simple operation and high crystallization rate. This paper focuses on the continuous crystallization technology and equipment including principle, performance, structure, design features, thermal efficiency, operational efficiency and automation level.
