Effect of the Modified CTAB Method on DNA Quantity From Rosa Rugosa
摘要
Abstract
Rosa rugosa is the plant with high phenolic substance and pigment. In order to extract the high quality DNA suitable for SRAP analysis, the modified method was used with 5 kinds of combinations of different concentration of β-mer⁃captoethanol and PVP and 2%or 3%CTAB. The results showed that it can get the high purity rose DNA from the extracts of the combination of 3% CTAB+2% β-mercaptoethanol+10% PVP. Furthermore, the electrophoresis bands of DNA were clear and exhibited no significant tailing phenomenon. The average yield of rose DNA can meet the quality and purity in SRAP technical and DNA fingerprint requirements.关键词
