Abstract
Basig on changed land data and related to the Statistical Yearbook from 2009 to 2011 of Quanzhou city in Fuji⁃an province. The author evaluated the construction land use of districts in Quanzhou City through the formation of index sys⁃tem of construction land Intense economical use, comoinry of the combination of entropy weight and comprehensive evalua⁃tion methods, analyze the differences between spatial characteristics and influence factors of construction land and intensive utilization level of savings, providry reference for the efficient and rational use of urbanization and new construction land in the future to promote the rapid, coordinated development of Quanzhou city.关键词
