摘要
Abstract
In this study, we detected total flavonoids in Silymarin capsules manufactured in Lijialong and GNC with UV and HPLC as detection methods and rutin as reference substance. UV and HPLC can both be used for the determination of total flavonoids in Silymarin Capsules with good repeatability. They are simple, fast and can have good accuracy in qualita⁃tive and quantitative analysis.关键词
