摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expressions of Cathepsin D ( Cath D) and HIF-1α in cervical adeno-carcinoma tissues and their correlation. Methods The expressions of Cath D and HIF-1α of cervical adenocarcinoma and ambient tissues in 70 patients during March 2008 and February 2012 were detected using immunohistochemisty ( En-VisionTM ) method, and their correlation was also analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of Cath D and HIF-1αin cervical adenocarcinoma tissues were higher than that of ambient tissues (P<0. 01). The expressions of Cath D and HIF-1α were related to lymph node metastasis, distant organ metastasis and TNM staging, and the HIF-1αexpression was related to tumor diameter (P<0. 05). The expressions between Cath D and HIF-1α in cervical adenocarcinoma tissues showed a positive correlation (r=0. 51, P<0. 01). Conclusion Cath D and HIF-1αhave an overexpression in cervi-cal adenocarcinoma tissues, and the expression levels may indirectly reflect the condition of cancer metastasis.关键词
