摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect Geniposide content in Zhijiang oral liquid. Methods The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS 2 column (4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm); the mobile phase consisted of methanol∶ water (25∶ 75);the flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min; the detection wavelength was at 238 nm; the column temperature was at 30 ℃;the injection volume was 10μl. Results The values of Geniposide within the range of 1. 048-52. 40μg/ml had good linear correlation with the values of peak area (r=0. 9 999), the average recovery rate was 99. 49% with 1. 60% of relative standard deviation ( RSD) . Conclusion The high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) method is sim-ple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control and evaluation of Geniposide in Zhijiang oral liquid.关键词
