摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for content detection of Puerarin in Gegenjianghuang oral liquid. Methods The chromatographic column was Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4. 6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm); the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (30∶ 70);the flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min;the detection wavelength was at 250 nm;the col-umn temperature was at 30℃. Results The values of Puerarin within the range of 0. 02 064-0. 4 128 g had good linear correlation with the values of peak area (r=0. 9 998), the average recovery rate was 99. 29% with 1. 57% of relative standard deviation ( RSD) . Conclusion The high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) method can be used for the quality control and evaluation of Gegenjianghuang oral liquid.关键词
