摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the ultrasonic manifestations of plasma cell mastitis(PCM)and summarize ultrasonogram signs in order to improve the coincidence rate of PCM ultrasonic diagnosis. Methods Clinical data of 78 PCM patients confirmed by surgery or pathological examinations during January 2012 and December 2013 was retrospec-tively analyzed. Results The correct rate of PCM ultrasonic diagnosis was 88. 5%. Color Doppler ultrasonography showed that 11 patients were of ductal ectasia type,including 2 patients misdiagnosed as having intraductal papilloma;33 patients of lumps type,including 2 patients misdiagnosed as having breast cancer and 1 with adenosis;19 patients of mixed cystic and solid masses type,including 2 patients misdiagnosed as having cystic mastitis;15 patients of abscess type,including 2 patients misdiagnosed as having acute bacteroidal mastitis. Conclusion PCM has special sonographic features of the course and the pathology,and color Doppler ultrasound examination can accurately find lesions,which is helpful in differential diagnosis.关键词
