摘要

Abstract

Objective To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Saussurea involucrate. Methods The extraction conditions were optimized by considering the effects of solvent concentration, solvent quantity, extraction time and extraction frequency on extraction, and basing the indexes of the dry extraction rate and content of to-tal flavonoids using L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal design. Results Optimum extracting condition was that 10 times of 70% ethanol was added and extracted for twice with 2 h/each time;total flavonoids content was 12. 53%;Rutin content was 2. 46%;dry extraction rate was 18. 20%. Conclusion The optimized technology is stable, convenient and practical, and it may suit the mass production of Saussurea involucrate.
