中医辨证干预对活动期类风湿关节炎患者生存质量的影响
Effect of Syndrome Differentiation Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Quality of Life in Rheuma-toid Arthritis Patients during Active Stage

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of syndrome differentiation intervention of traditional Chinese medi-cine on quality of life in rheumatoid arthritis ( RA) patients during active stage. Methods A total of 120 RA patients during active stage (DAS28>3. 2) admitted during January 2011 and December 2013 were randomly divided into obser-vation group (n=60) and control group (n=60). The control group was given conventional nursing, while the observa-tion group was given syndrome differentiation intervention of traditional Chinese medicine based on the conventional nurs-ing. Clinical symptoms, health condition and quality of life in the two groups were evaluated 30 d after treatment. Results The clinical symptoms and health condition were significantly improved after the intervention compared with those be-fore the intervention (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01), and the improvement in observation group was better than that in the con-trol group (P<0. 05). After nursing intervention, all indexes in quality of life were significantly improved than those be-fore the intervention in the observation group ( P <0. 05 or P <0. 01 ) , and general health ( GH ) , physical function ( PF) , body pain ( BP) , vitality ( VT) and physiological function ( SF) were improved than those before the intervention in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Syndrome differentiation intervention of traditional Chinese medicine may improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life in RA patients during active stage with better curative effect than that of conventional nursing.关键词
