子宫内膜采集器在绝经后子宫异常出血的子宫内膜细胞学检查中的应用
Endometrial Sampling Device in Application of Endometrial Cytological Examination for Women with Postmeno-pausal Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

Abstract
Objective To compare the accuracy and clinical significance of endometrial biopsy tissues for women with postmenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding during endometrial pathological diagnosis, which were obtained by endom-etrial sampling device or diagnostic curettage. Methods A total of 188 patients with postmenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding during May 2012 and May 2014 were recruited in this study, and underwent a endometrium screening, and en-dometrial tissues of all patients were collected by endometrial sampling device first and then by diagnostic curettage. Sat-isfaction rate of materials, diagnosis outcome, cervical dilatation and degree of pains of the two methods were compared. Results There were not significant differences in qualification rate of collect specimens and pathological diagnosis in the two groups (P>0. 05), while the differences in cervical dilation and degree of pains were statistically significant (P<0. 05, P<0. 01). Conclusion Endometrial sampling device in application of endometrial cytological examination is simple and easy to operate without cervix dilatation or pain, therefore it is suitable for screening abnormal uterine bleeding after menopause.关键词
