摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinicopathologic characteristics and diagnostic criteria of pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma. Methods Clinical data, pathomorphology and immunohistochemical staining of one patient with pancre-atic acinar cell carcinoma were observed, and its diagnosis and differential diagnosis combined with literature were also analyzed. Results Microscopic examination showed that the tumor cells were trabecular and micro-glandular arrange-ment by biopsy;tumor cells were round or polygonal, and cytoplasm was rich, eosinophilic and granular, and some parts were vesicular, nuclei were mostly located in the base and round and oval;a large number of eosinophils were found in the interstitial infiltrating, rich eosinophilic granules were also found in their cytoplasm, and nuclei were slightly atypia. Immunohistochemical staining showed that tumor cells were CgA( -) , Ki-67 ( index about 15%) and Syn( -) . Con-clusion Pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma is rare. To avoid misdiagnosis it is essential to enhance awareness.关键词
