摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinicopathologic characteristics and diagnostic criteria of breast carcino-sarcoma. Methods Clinical data, pathomorphology and immunohistochemical staining of one patient with breast carci-nosarcoma cell tumor were observed, and its diagnosis and differential diagnosis combined with literature were also ana-lyzed. Results Microscopic examination showed that the tumor tissues were composed of cancer and chondrosarcoma. Immunohistochemical staining showed that cancer parts were ER ( -) , PR ( -) , Her-2 ( -) , Ki-67 ( index about 80%) , Tau( weak+) , Top-Ⅱα( +) , CK ( +) , EMA ( +) , CK5/6 ( -) , CK14 ( scattered +) and EGFR ( +);chondrosarcoma parts were CK( -), S-100( +), Vimentin( + +) and CD68 (part +). Conclusion It is essential to grasp the pathological characteristics of breast carcinosarcoma and enhance awareness so as to avoid misdiagnosis.关键词
