肝动脉化疗栓塞联合CT引导下射频消融术序贯治疗小肝癌效果观察
Effect Observation of TACE Combined with CT-guided RFA in Sequential Therapy of Small Hepatocellular Car-cinoma

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization ( TACE) combined with CT-guided radiofrequency ablation ( CT-RFA) in sequential treatment of small hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC) . Meth-ods A total of 48 patients with small HCC admitted during January 2011 and May 2014 underwent TACE, and then CT-RFA treatment was followed after TACE treatment for a month. Results A total of 68 hepatic lesions were detected by digital subtraction angiography in 48 patients and were completely ablated after sequential treatment. The tumor volumes after 12 months of treatment were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment ( P<0. 05 ) , and the com-plete necrosis rate of the tumor lesion was 95. 6%. Complications included pneumothorax in 5 patients and hepatic hem-orrhage in 2 patients, and the symptoms were improved after corresponding treatment. Conclusion The TACE combined with CT-RFA is an effective therapy for small HCC with good near term effect.关键词
