摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence and curative effect of Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Pro-pionate on changes of inflammatory factors of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( AECOPD) . Methods A total of 106 patients with AECOPD admitted during January 2010 and December 2012 were randomly divided into control group ( n=53 ) and observation group ( n=53 ) . All the patients were treated with basic therapy. The observation group received Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate treatments, while the control group received Salbutamol therapy. The changes of inflammatory factors levels, lung functions and curative effect after treatment in the two groups were observed. Results The levels of inflammatory factors after the treatment in the two groups were significantly reduced, and lung functions were obviously improved, and the changes in observation group were superior to those in control group (P<0. 05);the overall efficacy rate in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate may effectively reduce the lev-els of serum inflammatory factors and improve the lung function in AECOPD patients.关键词
