摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of restrictive intravenous fluid on quality of life of patients with ad-vanced neoplasms. Methods Clinical data of 87 death cases of advanced neoplasms from 2000 to 2010 was retrospec-tively analyzed, and then 31 cases in 2000 was recruited in the control group ( receiving traditional infusion) , and 56 ca-ses in 2010 were recruited in the observational group ( receiving restrictive infusion) . The average volume of intravenous fluid of each day, incidence rates of splanchnocoel hydrops, electrolyte disturbances, edema and phlebitis, and plasma-albumin concentration in the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the average volume of intra-venous fluid of each day, and incidence rates of splanchnocoel hydrops, electrolyte disturbances, edema and phlebitis were significantly lower than those in the control group, while plasma-albumin concentration was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0. 01). Conclusion The restrictive intravenous fluid therapy may improve quality of life of patients with advanced neoplasms.关键词
