摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the expression of mTOR/ P70S6K signaling pathway in human tissues of cervi-cal cancer and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 65 normal cases of cervical tissues (group A), 85 cases of cervical cancer tissues (group B) and 85 cases of para-carcinoma tissues (group C) from patients undergoing exairesis or biopsy during January 2012 and January 2014 were collected, and then mRNA was obtained from all the groups. The mR-NA expressions of mTOR and P70S6K in the three groups were detected using reverse transcription- polymerase chain re-action (RT-PCR) method, and then the expressions were analyzed. Results The mRNA expressions of mTOR and P70S6K in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and B (P < 0. 05), and the mRNA expressions of mTOR and P70S6K had significantly positive correlations in the three groups (P < 0. 05). Conclusion The mTOR sig-naling pathway is in an activated state in human tissues of cervical cancer, and plays an important role in the pathogene-sis, development and metastasis, therefore it may be used as a therapeutic target.关键词
