Expression and Clinical Significance of Ku70 Protein of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of Ku70 protein of hepatocellular carci-noma (HCC) patients. Methods Expressions of Ku70 protein in tumor and para-tumor tissues of 103 hepatocellular carcinoma patients and 92 people of normal tissues were detected using immunohistostaining method, and the relationships between clinicopathological indexes or survival rate and Ku70 protein expression were respectively investigated. Results The positive rate of Ku70 in tumor tissues was significantly higher those in para-tumor and normal tissues (P < 0. 01). The increased expression of Ku70 was related to Child-Pugh classification, tumor volume, differentiation degree of tumor and TNM staging in HCC patients. Survival analysis showed that the survival rate of low expression levels of patients was significantly higher than that of high expression levels of patients (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Ku70 protein can be used as one of tumor markers for early detection and prognosis prediction of HCC patients.关键词
