Requirement and Influencing Factors of Smoking Cessation in Naval Pilots
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the requirement and influencing factors of smoking cessation in naval pilots. Methods Some naval pilots on active duty, who used to smoke or still smoked, received anonymous questionnaires to investigate awareness of the smoking hazards, requirement and influencing factors of smoking cessation, and then the re-sults were analyzed. Results In this study, 285 questionnaires were valid. All the pilots agreed that smoking was harm-ful, and 45. 3% of smoking pilots intended to stop smoking, but only 13% of the pilots quitted smoking successfully. Most of the pilots (53. 7% ) relapsed in 1st-3rd month after quitting. Conclusion A considerable part of the smoking na-val pilots want to stop smoking, but there is lack of scientific methods and guidance, leading low success rate. Further publicity and guidance for health should be enhanced.关键词
