Establishment of Index System of Core Competence Evaluation Using Delphi Method for Medical Staff on Peace Keeping Missions

Abstract
Objective To establish an index system of core competence evaluation using scientific method for peacekeeping medical staff. Methods A total of 21 experts were consulted with two-rounds of Delphi questionnaires, and then the weight of each index was determined using quantitative analysis. Results The index system of core compe-tence evaluation for peacekeeping medical staff was constructed, which included 6 indexes of the first class, 36 indexes of the second class and 78 items of the third class. An average authoritative index of experts consultation was 0. 89, and de-termination index was 0. 93, and familiar index was 0. 86. Conclusion The index system of core competence evaluation for medical staff during peacekeeping missions is reliable and valid with unified experts'opinion in indexes of every class, so it can provide standards and basis for selection and training for peacekeeping members.关键词
