Abstract
Objective To study effects of three dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3D-CRT) synchroni-zing Paclitaxel and Cisplatin (TP) chemotherapy combined with deep therapy on short-term curative effect and prognosis of patients with locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Clinical data of 79 patients with local-ly advanced NSCLC during July 2009 and June 2011 was retrespectively analyzed, and they were divided into observation group (n = 41) and control group (n = 38). The observation group was treated with 3D-CRT synchronizing TP chemo-therapy combined with deep therapy, while the control group was treated with 3D-CRT only. The short-term curative effect, Karnofsky score (KPS) improvement, survival condition and incidence rate of toxic reaction in the two groups were compared. Results The short-term curative effect was significantly improved, and the KPS improvement value was also higher than those in the control group (P < 0. 05). There was no significantly difference in the 1st year survival rate in the two groups (P > 0. 05), but in the observation group, the 2nd and 3rd years survival rates were higher, and the 3 years midterm survival period was longer than those in the control group (P < 0. 05). The difference in incidence rate of toxic reaction in the two groups was not statistically significant (P > 0. 05). Conclusion The 3D-CRT synchronizing TP chemotherapy combined with deep therapy can positively affect short-term curative effect and lengthen survival period in treatment of patient with locally advanced NSCLC.关键词
