Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of meticulous management on safety process in the military clinics. Methods Meticulous management has been given during safety process in the military clinics since Jan-uary 2013. A total of 500 patients before the implementation (group A, from June to December 2012) and 500 patients after the implementation (group B, from June to December 2013) were recruited in this study, and the incidence rate of adverse events before and after the implementation during the visiting process was recorded, and then the satisfaction dur-ing the visiting process of safety management was also investigated. Results After the implementation of meticulous management, the annual incidence rate of adverse events in military clinics was lower, and score of safety management was higher, and the values of satisfactory degree and rate during visits were higher compared with those before the imple-mentation (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Meticulous management on safety process in the military clinics may achieve good effect and improve the patients' satisfaction rate during visiting process.关键词
