摘要

Abstract

Detailed design and test data was provided to meet the GJBZ 188A interfaces conducting perfor-mance testing requirements and to verify the feasibility of automated testing to the milliohms on-resistance lev-el .Conduction resistance tester highly precisely tests the signal of voltage and resistance by data acquisition , eliminates bypass resistance error and channel error of data acquisition ,and has solved the problem of testing conduction resistance fast and accurately .Conduction resistance tester can meet abominable environments such as vibration ,high temperature and low temperature etc .,while it operates steadily and tests accurately ,has already got application in test equipment for certain launcher .T his method of test is simple and direct ,practi-cal ,and passes multiple tests which have verified its dependability and testability ,can expand to conduction resistance test of other cables .
