摘要

Abstract

Vehicle traveling data recorder ,commonly known as car black box ,was a digital electronic device for recording vehicle speed ,time ,mileage and vehicle status information related to record ,store and commu-nicate with other devices .In this paper ,we make use of hardware and software to build an efficient and prac-tical vehicle traveling data recorder to meet higher demand .The main core of the system is low-power ,high-performance integrated ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit microprocessor core ,of which on-chip resources are very rich . Peripheral interface circuit was simple and reliable ,while the peripheral circuit module with the mainstream including interactive interface to display well by the TFT color touch screen ,GPS positioning module ,mea-suring driving speed sensors ,etc .Software programming used extensive software library and free open-source real-time operating system (RTOS) CooCox CoOS to efficiently manage multiple tasks .
