摘要

Abstract

In allusion to the deficiency of R&D for the present automatic mass MEMS acceleration sen-sor calibration test equipment.The Mitsubishi PLC and FX2N-20GM positioning unit was selected as the core motion controller.The control system applied in automatic mass MEMS acceleration sensor calibra-tion test equipment was designed.The sequence control of six step motor by program extensions was re-alized,the system design of hardware circuit was given,the design process of the control system soft-ware was elaborated and the test results were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the con-trol program design is simple logic,high compatibility,and has been successfully applied in automatic mass MEMS acceleration sensor calibration test equipment.
