摘要

Abstract

The paper gave an analysis of causes for frequent tool breaking ,chip breaking difficulty and low processing efficiency during low carbon and low alloy steel tube trepanning process.Through the re-search for the size structure of trepanning tool and cutter body,a design of eccentric tool body was pro-posed and the trepanning tool geometric design and cooling lubrication condition was improved,which can solve the problems of chips escape,chips plugging may cause the tool breaking and improve greatly such kind of products trepanning processing efficiency.
