尿素和精喹禾灵不同配施对紫苏光合性能和产量的影响
Effects of Different Combination Treatment with Urea and Quizalofop-P-Ethyl on Photosynthesis and Yield of Perilla Frutescens (L.)Britt

Abstract
The effects of different combination treatment on photosynthesis,chlorophyll fluorescence characteristic,weed control and yield of Perilla frutescens (L.)Britt.were studied by using the ran-domized block design experiment.Perilla frutescens (L.)Britt was exposed to combination treatment with urea(0,1,2,4 and 8 g/L)and 10.8% Quizalofop-P-ethyl (0,0.8,1.6,2.4 and 3.2 mL/L).The results show that treatment with 8 g/L urea and Quizalofop-P-ethyl significantly decrease photosynthe-sis,PSII complex actual photochemical efficiency and yield.While treatment effect with Quizalofop-P-ethyl and urea of (1 to 4 g/L)is better than only with Quizalofop-P-ethyl.Q1 N3 of team A which treat with 4 g/L urea and then 0.8 mL/L Quizalofop-P-ethyl resulted in best effect,it could obviously in-crease photosynthetic characteristics of Perilla frutescens (L.)Britt under the stress of Quizalofop-P-ethyl.And this treatment could improve the defense mechanism of Perilla frutescens (L.)Britt to light damage.This combination could improve 10.54% yield than before.These results indicate that Quizalo-fop-P-ethyl can produce stress on Perilla frutescens (L.)Britt,and urea can alleviate the damage of Pe-rilla frutescens (L.)Britt.关键词
