摘要

Abstract

The Fluent software was used to make numerical simulations to the explosion process of the mixture of gas and coal dust and analyze the explosion overpressure and flame temperature during the explosion process. It turns out that in the initial explosion flame temperature rise rate reaches 3 000 K/ms within the 3 ms and the highest temperature of flame reaches 3 400 K.The maximum explo-sion overpressure of gas-coal dust compound decreases as the particle size of coal dust increase.When the gas concentration is 5% and the coal dust concentration is 390 g/m3 ,the gas-coal dust compound ex-plosion overpressure value is the highest.The simulation results of the simulation system provide basis data and references for the prevention of mine gas and gas-coal dust explosion.
