装载机变速箱运动仿真与动力分析
Kinematic Simulation and Kinetic Analysis of the Wheel Loader’s Gear Box
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the technical analysis and performance imitation level in the design of the construction vehicle,the three-dimensional modeling design and assembly connection of the gear box’s parts of the wheel loader were completed by using the three-dimensional solid design software Pro/Engi-neer’s part and assembly functions;Then,according to the variance parameters of velocity and power, which obtained from the tractive performance test of the wheel loader’s gear box at the forward speed II of the transportation work process,the gear box’s kinematic simulation and kinetic analysis under the drive of engine power were realized by using the Pro/Mechanism’s kinematic simulation and kinetic anal-ysis function,and the kinematic and kinetic performance of the gear box’s parts were checked.The re-search work is of importance to improve the technique analyses and performance imitation level in the de-velopment of the construction vehicle.关键词
