2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)稳定无皂乳液聚合的研究
Polymerization Study of the Emulsifier-Free Latices in the Presence of AMPS
摘要
Abstract
The 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid (AMPS)was used as the surfmer for the sty-rene (St),methyl methacrylate (MMA)and n-butyl acrylate (BA)emulsifier-free emulsion copolymeri-zation system.The influences of the amount of AMPS on the properties of the latices,such as the parti-cle size,molecular weight distribution,particles morphology were studied.In addition,the influences of the amount of AMPS on physical properties of the obtained copolymers,such as water absorbance,wa-ter resistance and the film hardness were also investigated.The results show that,with the increasing of the AMPS amount,the particle size appeared to decrease first and increase later,while the molecular weight appeared to increases first and decrease sharply.Meanwhile,water absorbance increased,water resistance and the film hardness decreased with AMPS increased.关键词
