摘要
Abstract
A large number of discrete components have been adopted in traditional mashgas detection in-strument,and most of the components were in dual-in-line package,which have no advantage in aspects of size,power consumption and reliability.In this paper,a powerful microcontroller was selected as the central unit,and the maj or functions of the system were integrated in the unit,which can improve the system's reliability.Most of the components of the system were in surface mounting package,which fur-ther reduced the system's size and power consumption.The hardware and the software of the system were designed carefully,and experiments were performed along with the calibrations.The results show that the designed mashgas detection system has the advantages of small size,low power consumption and high reliability,which can better meet the requirements of coal mine.关键词
