AZ80镁合金的动态力学性能研究
Research on Dynamic Mechanical Properties of AZ80 Magnesium Alloy
摘要
Abstract
For the more and more widely applied of AZ80 magnesium alloy in our country,to study the response behavior under impulse load has a certain significance.Using split Hopkinson bar experiment for AZ80 magnesium alloy dynamic test,metallurgical analysis were carried out for the compressed ma-terial,and deformation mechanism were obtained.Through the experimental research under different impact velocity ,established the relationship of dynamic strength and strain rate and fitted Johnson-cook constitutive equation at room temperature of AZ80 magnesium alloy,and the numerical simulation and experimental results were compared.The results show that:the stress-strain curve of AZ80 magnesium alloy shows an increasing trend with the increasing strain rate,the ultimate strength of the material at high strain rate increases,but is not sensitive to the strain rate effect.Numerical simulation has good consistency with the experimental results .Metallographic analysis find that the formation of twins is the main mechanism of deformation.关键词
