The Value of MR High-b-value DWIBS in Evaluating Colorectal Cancer
摘要
Abstract
The signal intensit y of the colorectal cancer tissue was higher than that of the normal colorecatl wall and colorectal contents ( P<0.05) .ADC va lues of the colorectal cancer tissue was signifi-cantly less than the ADC values of the norm lacolorectal wall and colorec tal contents ( P<0.05) . On high-b-value DWIBS sequence, the CNR, CR of Colorecatl cancer were significantly higher than that of ordinary b value on DWIBS sequence ( P<0.05) .The SNR on high-b-value DWIBS sequence was significantly lower than that of o rdinary b value DWIBS sequence ( P<0.05) .The sensitivity and specificity of high-b-value ( b=0, 2000s/mm2) for N0staging was 85.00%and 94.11%, N1 staging75.00%and82.75%, N2 staging 77.77%and 96.42%respectively.Conclus ion 3.0T MRI high-b-value DWIBS plays an important role in early diagnosis of colorectal cancer and lesion checking.It has important value for N staging of colorectal cancer.关键词
