2010－2013年广州市中西医结合医院临床分离的387株金黄色葡萄球菌耐药性变迁分析
The Antibiotic Resistance Changes of 387 Staphylococcus Aureus Isolates in Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from 2010 to 2013

Abstract
Objective To analyze the drug-resistance of Staphylococcus aureus ( SAU ) isolated from clinical samples in the last four years, and investigate the resistance changes.Methods The pathogenic bacteria were evaluated by ATB Expression Complete System and matching ID 32 STAPH.Drug susceptibility test was carried out by ATB STAPH 5(00) and KB way.The re-sults were analyzed by WHONET 5.4 and SPSS 16.0.Results 5 048 strains pathogenic bacteria were isolated during 2010 to 2013,including 387 strains Staphylococcus aureus with decreased sig-nificance ( P<0.001) and 219 strains methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus ( MRSA) with in-creased significantly ( P<0.001) .The isolated strains of SAU mainly came from pus, sputum and whole blood, the isolation rate was decreased significantly ( P<0.001 ) in sputum specimen. The drug resistant rate of SAU strains to penicilln,erythromycin, gentamycin and tetracycl ine showed highly and was higher than 80%to penicillin with increased signifciance ( P<0.05);the resistant rate to erythromyci n, gentamycin, norfloxacin, levofloxacin and rifampin was in-creased significantly (P<0.001); all SAU strains were sensi tive to polypeptide antibiotic drug and low resistance to nitrofurantoin, quinupristin/dalfopristin and fusidic acid without significant change in four years.Conclusion The separation rate of SAU tended to decrease in our hospital, but the separation rate of MRSA was on the increase and the resistant rate to some common anti bacterials was rising.Antimicrobial drugs should be selected rationally cacording to the re-sults of the drug suscepti bility tests to decrease the resistant strains.关键词
