Abstract
Objective To analyze the improvement of diagnosis and treatment of 260 patients with deadly chest pain in local hospital.Methods A retrospective study was conducted about deadly chest pain in the second people's hospital of Gong′an county.138 cases were selected from August 2012 to August 2014 with flow chart of screening treatment as observation group, while 122 cases from July 2010 to July 2012 with routine triage treatment as control group.Re-sults Diagnosed rate ( 99.28%) , confirmed time ( 39.52 ±10.25 ) min, rescue success rate (97.10%) in observation group were better than those of control group (92.62%,52.63±21.01 min,89.34%) ,the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) .Conclusion The flow chart of deadly chest pain screening can reduce misdiagnosis rate and diagnosis time effectively,and then improve the success rate of rescue in emergency department.关键词
