Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects of waist hard joint anesthesia on elderly pa-tients with lower limb fracture surgery.Methods 106 elderly patients under the lower limb frac-ture surgery between January and September 2013,who were willing to participate in the test and divided into control group and observation group,53 cases in each group.The control group was treated by epidural block anesthesia surgery,but the observation group was for waist hard joint anesthesia.The signs parameters, bleeding, statistical work time, anesthesia satisfaction and auxiliary dosage anesthesia were recorded.Results The intraoperative blood loss was not significantly different in both groups,but the intraoperative hypotension and hypertension inci-dence in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group.The muscle relaxation degree of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05) .The anesthesia work time, anesthesia satisfaction and auxiliary dosage anesthesia in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions The waist hard joint anesthesia which was for the elderly patients with lower limb fracture surgery can obtain the ideal anesthesia effect, a lower incidence of adverse reactions, faster anesthe-sia working and higher anesthesia satisfaction.It was suitable for elderly patients with poorer anesthesia tolerance.关键词
