Abstract
Objective To assess the therapeutic effects of Madopa ( M ) in combination with Piribedil ( P) in Pakinson disease ( PD) .Methods A total of 65 patients diagnosed with PD were randomly divided into control group (n=32) and trial group (n=33).The patients in trial group received M+P,while M was given alone in control group.All patients were assessed with modi-fied Webster chart before and after treatment of 2 months.Results The Wester score indicated that the syndrome of patients was improved better in the trial group than that in the control group ( P<0.05) .And the marked curative effect rate was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0.05) .Conclusion It was more effective to treat PD by using M+P when com-pared with using M alone.关键词
