高等教育对湖北经济增长的贡献分析
Contribution of Higher Education to Economic Growth in Hubei
摘要
Abstract
With the advent of knowledge economy , the value of higher education on the economy has a-roused public attention .In order to study the contribution of higher education to Hubei economic growth , based on the estimation model , the data of Hubei GDP from 1997 to 2010, the population and the educa-tional degree have been analysed in this paper .With the Cobb-douglas model , the contribution rate of higher education on Hubei economic growth has been found to be 0.92%.Through the analysis we can get the conclusion:the profit of Hubei economic scale has been gradually increased , and the status of e-conomy remains to be a sustainable development;the capital investment of Hubei Province has been rela-tively low, and the situation of labor intensive still exists .As a result, the contribution rate of Hubei high-er education on economic growth needs to be improved .关键词
