三种蒿属植物叶面腺体观察及其挥发性物质的SP ME-GC-MS分析
Observation Glandular Trichemes and Analysis Volatile Substance for Three Kinds of Artemisia Using SPME-GC-MS
摘要
Abstract
In order to know the volatile substances of Artemisia argyi H.Lév.et Vaniot,Artemisia hedinii and Artemisia annua L.and explore its relationship with the number of glandular trichomes on leaf,head-space solid-phase micro extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry are used to analyze and i-dentify the chemical components,and using type fluorescent microscope to observe the number of glandu-lar trichome.The results show that①the species of Artemisia annua L volatile substances is most, the spe-cies of Artemisia argyi H.Lév.et Vaniot volatile substances is second, the species of Artemisia hedinii volatile substances is least.The main constituents are monoterpenes and sesquiterpene;②All contain cis-Ethyl 3-hexenoate,karen, Cineole, Germacrene,β-Caryophyllene;③Artemisia argyi volatile substances also contains Ocimene, 2, 6-Dimethyl-1, 5, 7-octatriene-3-ol, DL-Camphor, β-Elemene, Caryo-phyllene,π-selinene, Cadinene, E-β-Farnesene, Artemisia hedinii volatile substances also contain Hydroxycarbamide,β-pinene,β-Elemene, Caryophyllene, Artemisia annua L.volatile substances also contains 3-Hexen-1-ol,2-Octen-4-ol,1-isopropyl-2-methylbenzene,β-pinene,D-limonene,5,5-dimethyl-1-ethyl-1,3-cyclopentadiene,Camphene, E-β-Farnesene;④The species and contents of vol-atile substances and glandular trichomes of Artemisia annua L.are most;The species and contents of vola-tile substances and glandular trichomes of Artemisia argyi are second;The species and contents of volatile substances and glandular trichomes of Artemisia hedinii.are least.关键词
