恩施续断中含硒化合物体外抗氧化活性分析
Study on Combined Forms of Selenium and Antioxidant Activity in Enshi Dipsacus
摘要
Abstract
Taking Enshi Dipsacus as raw material, different kinds of selenoproteins were extracted with distilled water,0.5 mol/L NaCl solution,75%ethanol and 0.1 mol/L NaoH.The hot water extraction meth-od was used to extract selenium polysaccharide,the atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to deter-mine the selenium content in different extracts,and the forms of ocuorrence of selenium in Dipsacus were analyzed.And pyrogallol Autoxidation method was used to determine the ability of scavenging superoxide anion of different extracts on Dipsacus, using fetion eaction determination of the ability of scavenging of hydroxyl radicals,Explores the antioxidant activity of organoselenium compounds.The results showed that Total content of selenium in Enshi Dipsacus is 1.538μg/g,Occurrence in a certain amount of selenium both proteins,and polysaccharides,but Selenium-protein is the mainly forms of selenium in Dipsacus.The highest concentrations of four kinds of solvent extraction is alkali-soluble selenium protein,whose content of total soluble protein is 57.28%.According to the same quality samples in the combined amount of sele-nium,selenium content of order can be calculated as:Selenoprotein >polysaccharides containing seleni-um;Alcohol-soluble selenoprotein>salt-soluble selenoprotein>alkali soluble selenoprotein>water solu-ble selenoprotein.Diffient kind of selenium-containing compounds of Enshi Dipsacus that have a certain degree of superoxide anion and hydroxyl free radical scavenging ability.And of different solvent extracts from different clearance rate, Alcohol-soluble extracts of which rate is greater than oxygen free radical scavenging ability of the best.Alkali-soluble extracts of the weakest ultra oxygen free radical scavenging capacity,selenium polysaccharide of the greatest hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity.关键词
