甘蓝硫代葡萄糖苷总量性状的QTL定位及分析
Mapping QTL and Analysis on Glucosinolates Total Content in Cabbage
摘要
Abstract
Glucosinolates,anticancer active substances,are widely present in Brassica crops. It will be of impor-tant significance to carry out the breeding of high content of Glucosinolates new varieties of cabbage. This study ana-lyzed total glucosinolate content of F2 mapping population parents and that of 83 individual plants by HPLC meth-ods. Based on the cabbage high-density genetic linkage map which had been constructed previously,QTL mapping and analysis related to Glucosinolates total content in the individuals of F2 were performed using MapQTL 4. 0. Three QTLs(qGS-7-1,qGS-8-1,qGS-8-2) located on LG7 and LG8 controlling the traits of Glucosinolates total con-tent in cabbage were detected. The contribution rate were 13. 6%,7. 5% and 5. 6%,respectively. Meanwhile,two molecular markers(me27-em25-2,E38M55-7) coseparating with the QTLs could be useful for marker assisted se-lection of cabbage breeding rich in Glucosinolates.关键词
