The Expression of Cst B Gene in Liver from Different Breeds Pigs

Abstract
For obtaining the rule of Cst B gene expression in liver of Yorkshire ,wild pig and the wild family hy-brid pig ,the researchers used RT-PCR to detect the pigs .The results showed that liver of Cst B gene have lower ex-pression in 90 day-old Yorkshire ,180 day-old Yorkshire and 360 day-old Yorkshire ,other higher .关键词
