四种树木端粒酶活性与树龄及叶位的相关性
Analysis of Age-and Leaf Position-associated Telomerase Activity in Four Tree Species
摘要
Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine the variation of telomerase during the life-span and with sam-pling position of leaves in different tree species .Therefore ,TRAP assay was used to determine telomerase activity in Pinus tabulaeformis,Ginkgo biloba,Catalpa bungei C.A.Mey,and Sophora japonica Linn.The results showed that no significant difference of telomerase activity was found among different ages of trees .But the higher telomerase ac-tivitives were found in the top position leaves of Pinus tabulaeformis and Ginkgo biloba .The effect of leaf position on the telomerase activity in Pinus tabulaeformis and Ginkgo biloba was strong and significant .This is the first obser-vation on such a position-related variation in telomerase activity .关键词
