On the Pathway to Improve China’ s People’ s Congress System from Perspective of Realization Form
摘要
Abstract
As the fundamental political system, the people’ s congress system is the fundamental institutional design to perform state power and the most important pathway to become masters of our country for the common people. But currently the prominent prob-lem existing in the concrete realization form has made its efficacy difficult to come true for the people’ s congress system. To improve it, it is necessary to optimize the concrete generation mechanism, create and guarantee the condition of performing their duties for deputies to people’ s congress, and rationalize the inner power structure and exterior relationship with other state organs.关键词
