On the Criminal Law before the Civil Law

摘要
Abstract
The criminal law before the civil law means one case contains two kinds of criminal and civil legal relationship,which is a cross relation, while the court deals with the criminal offence firstly, and then the civil liability, another idea is the court deals with the two relations at the same time. It comes from the system of civil suit collateral to criminal proceedings. By comparing the responsi-bility for the consequences of criminal and civil, the burden of proof and the standard of proof , it is confirmed the criminal law before the civil law.关键词
