Abstract
Economic transformation program is proposed in recent years’ economic development plan, which means taking the resource-conserving and environment-friendly way. This illustrates that environmental management is an inconvenient and influential task. But it’s worth mentioning that environmental management needs the top-level design and path choice. Taking Shougang group relocation as an example, the preference of haze governance is discussed in the thesis.关键词
