Abstract
Real Estate Appraisal is a cornerstone among the courses prescribed for majors in Real Estate Management and Appraisal, and it serves to train the students’ appraisal skills and competence. Therefore this course possesses a very important role in the curriculum. This paper illuminates a working-process-based course design pattern, with a detailed coverage of contents arrangement, units teaching process design and evaluation scheme. This paper is expected to provoke deeper thoughts in the teaching reform of this course.关键词
